Phillips Dog House

Welcome

Hello welcome to our website!!! We occassionally have/raise AKC boxers in our home as part of the family. They grow up being hugged, kissed, cuddled, and handled from day one. We have a full house of beloved family pets and love every minute of it. This includes Two very spoiled boxers, a dachshund female and a grumpy old male chihuahua, a kitty kat and last but not least a quaker parrot . My mother in law and father in law own and live on the 3 acres of land we call home. They raise CKC chihuahuas and have raised dogs for all lot of years, They share their lives with not only the chihuahuas but also chickens, ducks, and turkeys. So as u can plainly see its a family affair I help them and they help us. We really enjoy the entire process of breeding, raising, and finding forever homes for the puppies we raise. When Purchasing a puppy from us u get a lifetime support system. We are always willing to try and help anyway we can but always consult a licensed vet as well. We love keeping in touch with our puppies new familys and enjoy recieving emails, pictures and stories about them. This is is how we came up with our PHILLIPS BOXERS AKC FAMILY RAISED BOXERS.

Our love for the boxer breed started in June 2005, Chris recieved a Beautiful bouncy baby girl boxer, later to be named Phillips Sweet Dixie(Dixie), for a Birthday gift. It was not long that this Sweet Girl stole our hearts. Bought for chris,by his mommy, but mommas girl all the way. We were totally blessed and she has brought such joy and happiness to our lives.

In January of 2006, we recieved a phone call from a family friend and were blessed with our second Boxer, Brutus. He had two male boxers and they were fighting all the time. So we took Brutus in and he is the sweetest, most loving and affectionate boxer.

In July of 2007, We were blessed with eight healthy boxer puppies. This was my very own first litter of puppies that I produced. I help my mother in law with her chihuahua litters but nothing would prepare me for my own. I was a nervous wreck but all the time and money spent on the little angels were well worth it. So in the spring 2009 blessed yet again with a litter of 6 healthy boxer puppies. The experience with each litter is always the same but each puppy always brings something new and special to this grand expierence. Most people never understand why we are so crazy about our dogs and "Breeding" well this says it all please read on and enjoy the rest of ur time here at our website.

Just a Dog?

From time to time people tell me, "Lighten up it is just a dog," or "That's a lot of money for just a dog." They don't understand the distance traveled, the time spent or the costs involved for "just a dog."

Some of my proudest moments have come about with "just a dog." Many hours have past and my only company was "just a dog" but I did not once feel slighted. Some of my saddest moments have been brought about by "just a
dog." And, in those days of darkness, the gentle touch of "just a dog" gave me comfort and reason to overcome the day.

If you, too, think it's "just a dog," then you will probably understand phrases like "just a friend," "just a sunrise," or "just a promise." "Just a dog" brings into my life the very essence of friendship, trust and pure unbridled joy. "Just a dog" brings out the compassion and patience that makes me a better person.

Because of "just a dog" I will rise early, take long walks and look longingly to the future. So for me, and folks like me, it's not "just a dog" but an embodiment of all the hopes and dreams of the future, the fond memories of the past and the pure joy of the moment. "Just a dog" brings out what's good in me and diverts my thoughts away from myself and the worries of the day. I hope that someday they can understand that it's not "just a dog" but the thing that gives me humanity and keeps me from being "just a human."

So the next time you hear the phrase "just a dog," just smile... because they "just don't understand."
